Shipping Policy

Easeflip partners with major international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS. These carriers work with local couriers, allowing us to ship directly to your door and proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

Order Processing

You will be charged when you place your order, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. This process may take several days, and orders with incorrect billing information or that require additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.

Shipping Process

We require between 1-2 business days to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. During peak seasons, such as major holidays, or when popular items are experiencing stock issues, fulfillment may take longer.

Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department, no changes can be made, including address changes. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Please note that we ship only during business days (Monday through Friday) and do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates due to the varying locations of our manufacturing partners.

Tracking

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched to the carrier's sort facility. Please note that it may take few days for tracking information to update in the system.

If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you still do not have tracking information, please contact us at support@easeflip.com.

Shipping time varies by country or region. Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Here are our estimated shipping times:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Easeflip cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, or protests.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient, as Easeflip has no control over these charges nor can we predict what they may be.

If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Easeflip is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report the issue to your respective shipping carrier and file a claim with them. We utilize the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing claims for damaged or returned items, and we may not be able to honor claims if they are not reported promptly.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting your order. We start working on orders immediately, so changes cannot be made after the order is placed. If your order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
