Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@easeflip.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, digital products, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
